Returns, refunds & exchanges
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, your items may take a little longer than usual to get back to us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Changed your mind? All returns must be unworn and sent back to us in their original packaging.
Faulty items should also be sent back, detailing the problem leading to a refund or exchange where possible. Once the item is deemed faulty, we will refund you the postage charge incurred also.
If you are able to return your unwanted item to a local store, we can process your refund Immediately.
If you are posting your item, a refund will be processed once it has been received.
Refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method.
We will be more than happy to exchange your item should you change your mind. All items must be unworn and in their original packaging, We can do this in store where possible, or you can post the item back to us. Please note where requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage and new items' postage costs incurred.
We cannot offer free postage, we will refund the standard £3.95 postage if a faulty item is returned, however, both parties must be in agreement that the item is deemed faulty.
